đź“© Follow these steps to prevent our emails from going to junk in Microsoft Office:

On Desktop (Outlook Web or App):

  1. Open the Spam (Junk Email) Folder: In the left-hand menu, locate and click on the Junk Email folder.

  2. Select the Email: Find the email you want to move to your inbox and click on it to select it.

  3. Mark as Not Junk: Right-click on the email and select Mark as not junk from the context menu. Alternatively, in the top toolbar, click on Not Junk or Move to Inbox.

  4. Optional: Add the Sender to Safe Senders List: Right-click on the email and select Junk > Never Block Sender or Never Block Sender’s Domain.

On Mobile (Outlook Web or App):

  1. Open the Spam Folder: Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select Spam or Junk Email.

  2. Select the Email: Tap the email to open it

  3. Mark as Not Junk: Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and choose Move to Folder. Select Inbox.

  4. Optional: Mark as Safe: You can usually find an option like Mark as Not Junk or add the sender as a trusted contact.
