She began her career in high-performance sales with two Fortune 100 companies before rising to become a top-producing agent, franchise owner, and team leader in the Kansas City market.

A certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach and seasoned trainer, Shanan has led over 7,000 coaching sessions focused on leadership, mindset, and business growth. She has personally trained more than 3,500 agents across North America through her powerful 7-week sales and mindset program. Her speaking style blends real-world experience with practical systems and inspiring energy that moves audiences to action.
