Christa's Bio

Christa Matheson is a distinguished Massachusetts-licensed real estate broker and approved instructor, boasting over twenty-five years of professional sales, leadership, training and coaching experience. Currently, she serves as the CEO and Lead Executive Coach with Legacy Coaching and Training where she leverages her extensive expertise to mentor and develop real estate and business professionals.
Christa has been celebrated as a top individual producer within the Century 21 and RE/MAX systems. Her career also includes a significant tenure at Santander Bank as a Branch Manager and Licensed Insurance and Investment Associate, where she was lauded for her exceptional sales results and coaching of sales professionals in financial services.
Christa joined Keller Williams in 2016, taking on the role of Team Leader for the Topsfield and Newburyport offices. Under her leadership, these offices were recognized among Keller Williams’ top 200 for growth and profitability. In this role, Christa seamlessly combined her passions for teaching, coaching, and real estate sales, while supporting the growth and life goals of over 150 real estate agent partners.
In 2018, Christa expanded her leadership influence by partnering with MAPS Bold Coach and Mega Agent, Cody Gibson, and transitioned from a local to a regional leader, becoming the Northeast Regional Director of Expansion for United Home Group. Her contributions and leadership were acknowledged when she was featured as a Lady Leader panelist at Keller Williams Mega Camp in 2018.
An avid reader and lifelong learner, Christa is dedicated to the principle of continuous improvement. She is a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC, and in process of acquiring credentials through the International Coaching Federation. Christa is a certified NLP Practitioner and is a devoted student of Dr. Matt James. Additionally, she holds certifications as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, and continues to study under John Maxwell.
