Mandi Pratte, Trainer of NLP and Transformational Coach, is passionate about empowering others to embrace their potential and attain their goals, while inspiring them to make their own unique contribution in the world. She has also performed as an Integrative NLP Coach for 12 years, helping hundreds of people achieve the results they desire in both their business and personal lives.

Mandi has also been a business owner for 20 years, ranking as one of the Top Realtors® in
the country for 8 years straight. She grew her business quickly through embracing models and systems, and after four years in the business, she began coaching others to live their vision and accomplish their unique goals.

Mandi also has a philanthropic spirit, and was acknowledged in Arizona as “Woman Who Moves the Valley” for her philanthropic work and leadership in her community. Mandi is particularly proud of a nonprofit she formed that encourages youth to connect to their purpose and gives them leadership and communication skills so they can make a positive impact. The youth in this program have raised funds for Phoenix Children, Hospital, Make a Wish, at risk youth programs, and other organizations.

Mandi’s belief that “Anything is possible” is also reflected in her athletic endeavors. She regularly challenges herself physically, participating in full and half Ironman competitions
and marathons.

As a mother, she understands the importance of leaving a legacy for her children through embodying core values of faith, generosity, integrity, authentic relationships, and contribution.
